Arrived on site and met with workers on site who were doing stucco finish on a wall along the east side of the carport. They instructed me to speak to the owner of the property. Owner came out and states they spent 3 hrs at PDSD and was unsure what more is needed. I advised her, I show where they applied for the permit to do the work however the permit is still in applied status and not Issued status, she understood. Called Supv M. Romero and was instructed to do a stop work order and issue a NOV, both were done and follow up in 30 days |
