| 06/10/2019 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the units were still active with the fire. The fire was a detached structure that appears to being used for storage. The structure is a total lost. The fire did not burn the main house but did damage to the windows in the rear of the house due to heat. The house had the electrical cut at the pole and the gas was pinned at the meter due to the fire damage and lacking the electrical and unable to leave the gas on. The owner was called and came to the site. This property has a case T19DV00474 on the storage and the amount of trash and debris on the property and this case will be referred for the cleaning of the property. The main house has no fire damage other than the broken windows. Did go over that the permit will be required to have the electrical and the gas turned back on and the main house will need to be checked to make sure the electrial is OK and up to date on the new codes for the electrical. The owner signed the paperwork and left the site. Arcaiden Industries called to the site to have the property secured due to the owner unable to have the property secured. Secured 2-6040 XO windows and 2-3' doora. Did the posting on the front window and the studs on the rear structure that burned of Do Not Enter. The owner has some birds in the house and will be left over the night and will be picked up in the morning. Owner will call when on site to open the door in the morning. RV. | |
