Arrived on site and called the tenant to unit #6, states is not there and cannot return until 5:00 pm. States she has been on an off with the heat since October. I advised her as she was not here and would not return I would work thru mananger. Met Kim the new manager as Ms Williams was just let go today. Kim looked up unit #6 and no active work orders for that unit. Kim started a work order and would have maintence check into the unit after he finished his lunch. Made contact with caller and instructed her to follow up with the manager as I just left the managers office. Will follow up on this case |
