Arrived on site and met with manager who stated no active work orders for unit 118. Showed me to the unit, I knocked on the door and met with tenant who showed me in. Master bathroom with one of the shower door off the bottom track. Second bathroom with faucet to sink showed signs of leaking by handle. Spoke to mananger and maint man and both understood and would work on this, will follow up in 1 week |
