Arrived on site and met with the tenants, who showed me into the home. Showed me the both bathrooms with no windows that open and no mechanical exhaust fans in either bathroom. Master bedroom with sheetrock cut out in closet area and one bedroom wall states when the shower is used water runs into the wall in these areas, unable to use the shower in masterbedroom. Enclosed room in front of the home with possible terminates, mud mound found in a closet in this room. Exterior door to utility room is off the hidges and bottom of door is rotten. Will move to NOV |
