The rooster has been removed from the property. The chicken coop has also been removed from the property at this time. Did have the 3-chickens in a small coop until they determine where the coop where it will be placed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Met with the son who is one of the owners. He did let me see the chickens and still has the rooster. The son was advised that at this time they can received a citation due to the rooster still on the property. Has 3-chickens and that's OK. Does have a coop along the rear masonry wall and bigger the 16 sq. ft. Did go over that the coops need to be 4' x 4' and not tall that 6' high. Will come back tomorrow and check if the rooster is removed. Will check on the coop on what they will be doing. RV. |
