TEP STATED THE PRIMARY FEEDERS HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED TO THE PROPERTY. LATER TEP CAME BACK AND DISCONNECTED POWER TO THE STREET LIGHTS INSIDE THE PROPERTY. THERE IS FIRE DAMAGE TO THE SOUTHERN PART OF THE BUILDING, THIS BUILDING WAS VACANT BUT OCCUPIED BY TRANSIENTS WHICH WERE RUNNING MULTIPLE CORDS FROM THE STREET LIGHT POLE TO THE BUILDING. THE BUILDING DAMAGED AREAS ARE AS FOLLOWS: THE SOUTH END OF THE BUILDING HAS DAMAGE TO THE CEILING WOOD MEMBERS AND THE WALL AND CEILING COVERING SUCH AS SHEETROCK / CONCRETE WALL, THERE IS ONE TRUSS WITH FIRE DAMAGE. THE BUILDING HAS MULTIPLE BROKEN OR MISSING WINDOWS. THE STEEL DOORS AND FRAME HAVE HEAT DAMAGE, THERE ARE MULTIPLE BATHROOMS IN THE BUILDING WITH SHEETROCK DAMAGE AND SEVERE SMOKE DAMAGE. THERE ARE BARE AND BURNT WIRING IN THE FIRE DAMAGED AREAS, THE REST OF THE BUILDING HAS HAD THE WIRING AND DEVICES CANNIBALIZED ALONG WITH MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (HVAC) THE WATER HEATER IS UNSERVICEABLE AND APPEARS DAMAGED. THE OWNERS CREW IS ONSITE TO SECURE THE BUILDING BY BOARDING. WILL RETURN TOMORROW CHECK ON THE BOARDING.
