ROOFERS STATED THEY REPLACED 90 PERCENT OF THE DECKING AND REPAIRED THE DAMAGED EAVE AREA, ROOF SIZE IS ESTIMATED AT 4000 SQUARE FEET. ROOFERS STATED THEY REMOVED 5 ROOF LAYERS. THIS WORK TO REMOVE THE MULTIPLE ROOFS AND RE SHEATH THE ROOF TOOK 3 DAYS. THE ROOFER SHOWED ME A VIDEO OF THE ENTIRE ROOF WITH NEW SHEATHING, I ESTIMATE OVER 90 PERCENT OF THE PLYWOOD WAS REPLACED. I WALKED AROUND THE TRI PLEX AND THERE WERE SOME AREAS WITH EXISTING PLYWOOD BUT MOST OF ALL THE SHEATHING WAS NEW. THE DAMAGED EXTENDED ROOF AREA WAS REMOVED NOW THIS AREA MATCH'S THE EXISTING EAVE AREA. THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET ON THE ROOF HAVE EXPOSED WIRING, UNPROTECTED, UNABLE TO INSPECT THE UNIT 2620 INTERIOR, OWNER STATED THOSE REPAIRS WILL BE DONE ONCE THE ROOF IS REPAIRED. ADVISE OWNER TO HAVE ROOFING CONTRACTOR OBTAIN THE PERMIT AND PROTECT THE ROOF MOUNT ELECTRICAL AND CONTINUE WITH REQUIRED REPAIRS. | |
