Arrived and the units have cleared the site and did find people working on the units. The property has new owner and patching drywall, working on the roof, re-doing the plumbing at the sinks where leaking, installing new doors, working on the electrical and did call inspector Hollander due to the plans for the electrical was not on site. Hollander was not able to come to the site and will be tomorrow. Work that is being done at this time does not require permits. The contractor on site walk the property with me and showed all the issues that need to be addressed. RV. |
