01/28/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOLLOW UP INSPECTION OF THE INTERIOR OF STRUCTURE FOUND TWO REAR EAST BEDROOMS HAD CLEAR PATHWAYS CLEANED FROM THE BDRM DOOR TO THE EXTERIOR WINDOW AND ITEMS BOXED UP TO ALLOW FOR CLEARED UNOBSTRUCTED PATHWAY. SOME WORK HAD BEEN DONE IN THE KITCHEN AND MASTER BDRM, I ASKED DAVID TO CONCENTRATE O THE BEDROOM AND I WOULD ALLOW HIM TO MOVE BACK INTO THE STRUCTURE WITH ALL CLEARED UNOBSTRUCTED PATHWAYS TO THE EXTERIOR.
THE PLUMBER HAD BEEN OUT TO SNAKE THE SEWER LINES, FRONT BATHROOM AND SINK, AND KITCHEN SINK WERE ALL DRAINING WELL AND HAD APPROPRIATE WATER FLOW. MASTER BATHROOM TOILET STILL NOT WORKING. I ASKED OWNER TO FINISH CLEANING THE REAR BDRM AND BATH AND TO FIX THE BATH TOILET.
01/24/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOLLOW UP FOUND FRONT YARD HAD BEEN CLEANED FREE OF ALL OVERGROWN GRASS AND WEEDS TO THE STREET BOTH NORTH AND EAST SIDES OF THE PROPERTY. ALL TREES HAD BEEN TRIMMED BACK AND REMOVED FROM THE SIDEWALK AREA.
FOUND ALL DEBRIS FROM THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE, CARPORT AND CARPORT AREA TO THE SOUTH HAD BEEN CLEANED AND DEBRIS REMOVED. TODAYS INSPECTION COMPLETES THE FRONT YARD AREA.
ALSO NOTED THAT ALL VEHICLES ARE IN PROPER OPERATING CONDITION AND TIRES AIRED UP.

ON THE INTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE MY FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
>HALLWAY FROM THE REAR BEDROOM AREAS HAD CLEAR PARTWAYS FROM THE REAR OF HALLWAY TO THE FRONT FRONT DOOR, NO OBSTRUCTIONS.
>MIDDLE HALL BEDROM WAS PARTIOALLY CLEANED BUT HAD CLEAR PATHWAY FROM DOOR TO WINDOW EXIT, PERSONAL ITEMS PARTIALLY ABATED.
>S/E BEDROOM WAS BEING PACKED UP
>S/W BEDROOM BEING CLEANED
>HALL BATH CLEANED AND ABATED, ALSO UNDER REPAIR AND BEING PAINTED.
> SMOKE DETECTORS HAD BEEN INSTALLED AS WELL.
TODAYS INSPECTION FOUND EXTERIOR COMPLETED, OWNER WAS ASKED TO MAINTAIN THE FRONT YARD.
INTERIOR ALSO SAW PROGRESS WITH HALLWAYS CLEANED AND PROGRESS MADE IN ALL ROOMS. SMOKE DETECTORS WERE INSTALLED.
01/15/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH OWNER DAVID, WALKED THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY AND FOUND MUCH OF THE GRASS AND WEEDS, AND TRASH AND DEBRIS REMOVED. WENT OVER REMAINING ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO COMPLETE THE EXTERIOR OF THE CLEAN UP INCLUDING THE FURNITURE IN THE CARPORT AREA AND AGAINST THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE.
