TEP ONSITE, THE UNIT HAD POWER DISCONNECT BACK DEC OF 2018 . THE METER HAS HAD THE RING REMOVED AND THE TENANT RECONNECT THE METER ILLEGALLY. TEP DID REMOVE THE METER AND INSTALL BLANK COVER. UNIT WAS CONDEMNED PLACARD POSTED. |
