JASON STATED HE JUST CLEANED THE APT OVER THE WEEKEND, MILITARY STYLE. FOUND NO ROACHES OR BUGS. LIVINGROOM VERY CLEAN AND BDRM HAD NO FURNITURE ALSO VERY CLEAN. DID FIND A HOLE UNDER SINK CABINET BUT HOLE HAD BEEN FOAMED, I FELT IT SHOULD BE COVERED AS WELL, AND DID FIND A POSSIBLE LEAK EVIDENCED BY TAPE PARTIALLY REMOVED FROM TAPE JOINT ON THE DRYWALL, BUT NO CARPET DAMAGE AT ALL. SPOKE TO MANAGERS WHO STATED THEY ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUES, ROOF IS BEING PATCHED BUT LEAKED AGAIN SO THEY ARE WAITING FOR RAINS TO STOP. I ALSO EXPLAINED THE OPENING UNDER THE SINK SHOULD BE COVERED EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN FOAMED. I ASKED IF BOTH ISSUES COULD BE COMPLETED IN 14 DAYS, AND MANAGEMENT AGREED TO THE TIME FRAME. C/E HAS NO ISSUES BECAUSE OF WORK IN PROGRESS AND CASE WAS REFERRED TO SECTION 8 DUE TO OCCUPANT BEING SECTION 8. EMAIL SENT TO SECTION 8 ADMIN. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
