SWG CONFIRMED THEIR TAGS AND LINES TO BE KEPT OFF UNITL HAZARDS TO BE REPAIRS. GAS LINE HAS OPEN PLUMBING, EXHAUST VENT PIPE TO WATER HEATER HAS A 90 DEGREE ANGLEMISSING DISCHARGE PIPE. PERMANENT HEATER IS INOPERABLE. ALL APPLIANCES ARE GAS POWERED TO THE UNIT. TEMPORARY SPACE HEATERS ARE BEING UTILIZED, ELECTRICAL RECEPTACLES ARE LOOSE AND ARE NOT PROPERLY SECURED TO THE OUTLETS. DOWN STREAM ELECTRICAL PANEL HAS MULITPLE CONDUCTORS IN A SINGLE CONDUCTOR TERMINAL. THERE IS DRYWALL DAMAGE IN THE APARTMENT ALLOWING RODENTS AND MOISTURE TO PENETRATE THE UNIT. SHOWER TUB IS NOT PROPERLY DRAINING.WINDOWS PANES ARE NOT PROPERLY SIZED AND MISSING THEIR LOCKING MECHANISM. SMOKE DETECTORS ARE MISSING IN EVERY HABITABLE ROOM. SWG TURNED OFF GAS AND LOCKED THE METER, UNIT WAS CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY WAS UNABLE TO REACH MANAGEMENT, TPD HAD MADE PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH MANAGER STATING CODE ENFORCEMENT ONSITE INSPECTING APARTMENT, CODE ENFORCEMENT TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH MANAGEMENT VIA PHONE AND IN PERSON WITHOUT SUCCESS CARD WAS LEFT AT DOOR FOR CONTACT. UNFIT TO OCCUPY PLAQUER HAS BEEN POSTED AT FRONT WINDOW CLOSING CASE
