SPOKE TO TENANT DAVID WHO ADVISED INSPECTOR THAT HE HAS BEEN EVICTED AND NO LONGER LIVES IN THE UNIT. HE IS PURSUING A CIVIL CASE AGAINST THE OWNER AND HE IS ALSO CONTACTING SECTION 8 AS HE IS A CLIENT. WILL CLOSE CASE AT THIS TIME. |
