Met with the tenant and has temites in the dinning and family room area on the ceiling on the bottom floor. The cabinets are loose and one is falling in the kitchen area, has rats and has droppings all in the kitchen area, the upper floor bathroom is leaking in the kitchen area near the stove and has a hole in the ceiling where leaking, and has bed bugs in the house and has thrown all the bedding away. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
