Arrived on site and met with tpd officer Preston. He showed me to the dwellings the rear door to the first house had been opened there was a board there however it was breached. The second house had the front door that had been kicked open. Officer who killed had already spoken to the homeowner and it was okay to do the board up through the city contractor. I called him as well and again got the okay to board two doors through Mr Alan Wolfgang. Called and Ryan was sent over, he reboarded the rear door to the first home and boarded the front door to the second unit. At this point dwellings were both secure |
