T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and the units still on site and have cleared the house. The front metal security door has been removed from the wood frame and the wooden door has been kicked in. The rear chain link gate has been opened on the other side that had no chain and lock. A chain and lock was placed on the gate and no one found on the property or inside the house. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the door boarded up due to the owner has died and not able to find the son. No work has been done for the cleaning of the property or the demo of the fire damage. Did do a new posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window. The neighbors have remove or asked people to leave the property at different times due to on property at the rear near the alley under a porch. RV. |
