01/01/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a truck into a house. Arrived and all the units still on site. A rescue was done to get a person from underneath the truck on the bed. The house was in a cold de sac and had a battered curb in the street. The truck went airborne and entered the house through a masonary wall and landed on a bed. The block made holes through out the room into the drywall. The doors to the closet and the bedroom have been broken to peices. A window in the masonary wall has been damaged and no longer in place. The vehicle was removed from the house and the electrical was checked and the wiring was in the coarse below the damaged area and not damaged. The electrical was left on. The water line shut off valve was on the right of the damaged area and not damaged and the water was left on. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site due to the owner not able to secure the site. Found a 4040 XO window and was not able to secure the window and had that also covered with plywood. The owner was on site and she signed the paperwork. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front opening on the plywood where the truck was removed. Did go over that the owner can go back into the house once the sun comes up and has to be gone by the time the sun goes down. RV. |
