RVI - THIS PROJECT WAS BUILT WITHOUT PERMIT. THIS PERMIT WAS OBTAINED AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETE. THE INSPECTIONS ARE APPROVED BASED ON A LETTER PROVIDED BY LALAMA BUILDING & DESIGN STATING THAT THEY HAVE INSPECTED AND ACCEPT RESPONSIBLILTY FOR THE QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION. THE LETTER WILL BE ON RECORD FOR THE PROPERTY FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. |
