I informed her that the permit had been reopened, due to it not addressing all of the issues in the violation complaint. She informed me that she was ill and unit two was occupied by her caretaker, and asked me to work with him to resolve the issues. I subsequently knocked on the door of nit two. Upon no one answering, I left a business card in the door. 3-Grade at door appears to not drain sufficiently away as required by Code; provide swale to divert water away per Code. 4-Allow inspection of service panel and ceiling insulation. |
