Not required due to age. The main panel is on this building and many double tapped grounds of different sizes and 1 double tapped breaker. Middle building is one room with a separate bathroom. Building’s panel is above the toilet. This is no longer allowed. Due to its age it can remain. If this panel is ever changed to a new panel, it will have to be relocated. At present, there is 1 overfused circuit in this panel that must be corrected. North main house has many deficiencies. Manager told to remove all circuit wires to main house breakers, if power is only desired in 2 rear buildings. |
