Entered by JVINCEN1 - -Some EM lights and exit signs not working. Need to test all during reinspection.
-Remove all gate latches and hardware from front pation gates.
-Provide/install/mount class K extinguisher.
-Obtain operational permit for places of assembly.
-Mount OL sign in lobby.
-Remove nonrequired FA system and all components including all wiring and mircro switch for hood system.
-Electric behind hood did not shut off during trip test. Must shut off.
-Fryer shield x 2 required since you have burners on both sides of fryer.
-Submit revised set of hood plans. Cook lineup is different than plans. |
