panel appears to be installed without a permit all wiring done into the panel on the exterior wall is in Romex this needs to be piped in conduit or Romex needs to be in the wall. All exterior receptacles need weatherproof covers. Smoke alarm outside of sleeping area needs to be carbon as well as smoke due to gas in the house. |
