Electrical not complete. Provide written engineers requirements for damaged joist. Bonding to gas not complete. Air ducts to be framed on 3 sides. Dryer vent not run in proper direction of flow. Provide strapping at 220 power in kitchen.All metal duct fittings are to be properly insulated with fiberglass duct wrap, tape not acceptable. Provide nail plates as needed. Closet flanges are to be properly anchored minimum four screws. |
