Revise the plan set to show compliance with UDC 4.9.7.B.7. On the site plan, dimension the 3rd parking space, keynote the space and vehicle use area to the space is dustproof with a minimum of two inches of compacted pea gravel. The 3rd parking space shall be behind the front plane of the house, so the fence may need to be removed to accommodate the parking space. |
