Missing weep holes, drawing call for them to be 6 foot on center and 12 inches below top of retaining wall. Control joints are either not cut all the way through or done incorrectly and are not per drawing, also need to be 16 feet on center. Footing will need to be cleaned up for waterproofing and P gravel will need to be looked at before backfilling wall. Please follow drawing before recalling in the inspection. |
