THE CONTRACTOR AND OWNER HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE ADA PARKING SPACES, ACCESS AISLES, AND PATHWAYS ARE NON-COMPLIANT FOR THE CROSS SLOPES, THEY EXCEED THE MAXIMUM 2%. THE CONTRACTOR ADVISED ME THAT THEY WERE NOT REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS WORK, THE OAINT WAS REDONE SO THAT IT COULD BE SEEN SINCE THE EXISTING OAINT WAS FADED.

I CONTACTED STEVE SHIELDS TO DISCUSS THE ADA PARKING AND ACCESS FOR THIS SITE. ALL ADA ACCESS PARKING SPACES AND ACCESS AISLE WERE NOT REVIEWED, THEY WERE NOTED AS BE EXISTING. WE HAVE DISCUSSED MAKING THE APPROVAL ON THIS INSPECTION NOTING THAT ALL PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE NON COMPLIANT AREAS.
10/12/2020 ENGINEERING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection NOT READY AT THIS TIME, THE EAST SIDE HANDICAP PARKING SPACE, ACCESS AISLE, AND STRIPED PATHWAY IS NON-COMPLIANT FOR THE CROSS SLOPE. THE WEST SIDE PARKING SPACES HAVE NOT BEEN STRIPED PER THE APPROVED PLANS
