Entered by DMERANZ1 - previous corrections still not fixed. Clearances need to be addressed, expansion joint still needs to be installed, rebar laps need to be 24 inches including on corners, plumbing needs to be backfilled and pipes need to be wrapped. I spoke with the homeowner on site and asked that if there are still issues with getting this fixed please have the guy doing the excavation and rebar work on site for next inspection. |
