THE INSPECTION HAS BEEN DENIED FOR THE TRASH ENCLOSURES DUE TO WORK NOT BEING PER THE APPROVED STANDARDS. THE CREW WILL SET THE BOLLARDS OR SONOTUBES IN THE CORRECT LOCATIONS PER THE DESIGNATED DETAIL. ADD #4 REBAR AT 12 INCHES ON CENTER IN THE AREA OF THE FLOOR SLABS ONCE THEY HAVE PROVIDED A CLEAR 6 INCHES OF FREE SPACE FOR CONCRETE. REMOVE ALL EXCESS MATERIAL FROM THE BOLLARD AND GATE POST FOOTER AREAS TO ENSURE THE REQUIRED CONCRETE COVERAGE IN THE FOUNDATIONS.

ALL OF THIS WORK HAPPENING AT THIS TIME IS ON A COMBINATION PERMIT, AS WELL AS OTHER WORK NOT SHOWN THAT WILL BE COMPLETED IN THE NEAR FUTURE. A DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REQUIRED ON THIS SITE FOR ALL EXTERIOR WORK, I WILL BE QUESTIONING IF WE NEED A DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE TO BE STARTED TO COMPLETE ALL THE SITE WORK.
