condensate piping needs to be painted for UV protection and needs to be up on either Redwood or pressure-treated blocks so it’s not sitting directly on the roof. Service receptacle required when installing a new AC service on the roof. Either add a disconnect that water heater or add lockout tag out breaker at the panel. |
