Should be scheduled with intermediates. Note: Owner has installed 2x12 rafters, “sistered” to existing 2 x4s, to facilitate installation of required insulation. There are no collar ties per Code. I requested that a revision be obtained to depict this on approved plans, as customer insisted on installing a 60 amp sub-panel in lieu of the 100amp shown on plans; both issues can be addressed on one revision. |
