Colonia Ave. I believe the 10 foot marker on the approved site plan is not off of the same point, another words the building appears to be too close to Colonia ave without a more detailed site plan. Site plan may need to be revised to reflect the correct dimensions or a more detailed approved site plan may need to be provided |
