according to drawings "existing ADA restroom". This ADA restroom has a few violations please fix these. Door handle needs to be a lever not a knob. Reflective surface on mirror cannot be more than 40 inches high. Sink needs scald guards. ADA signage needs to be visible and within reach. |

Drawings are calling for ADA restroom, several ADA items incorrect, please follow detailed drawing on page 3 on the ADA restroom requirements. Make sure path of egress is clear. Receptacles need cover plates. Also pending fire and engineering’s approval. |
