approval is for unit 1 only. Only remaining correction for unit 1 is get cover for sub panel. Unit 2 still has not been inspected and has no address or markings anywhere, I spoke with the homeowner about this previously and still has not been fixed |

exposed wiring, open junction boxes, cover plates missing throughout. There are smoke alarms however the locations are incorrect please install one in each bedroom 3 feet away from supply air and one outside sleeping area. Also unit number one is marked, not sure where unit number two is or it needs to be marked. Unit number two was not inspected. |
