Rafters have been replaced, walls have been rebuilt, and Durocher is installed on both sides. Roof sheeting is burnt, needs to be replace, and new B-vent does not have the requisite clearance. There are no combustion air vents in place, which will be required when door is installed. Owner was under the misunderstanding that only structural items require permitting. Ground rods still not exposed from previous corrections. | |
