split unit is roughed in on the wrong side of the wall, The reason for this is the closet was moved to the opposite wall. I’m not sure how air conditioning is getting to the bedroom now, I recommend revising the plans reflecting these changes. The bedroom has to have heating and cooling per code. Also electrical intermediate is not complete. OK to insulate and sheet rock exterior walls of the bedroom addition only. |
