I’m not sure how air conditioning is getting to the bedroom now, I recommend revising the plans reflecting these changes. The bedroom has to have heating and cooling per code. Also electrical intermediate is not complete. OK to insulate and sheet rock exterior walls of the bedroom addition only.
04/04/2019 FRAMING Correction Required 1-Seal fire-blocking.
2-Install rough in for mini-split.
