1) THE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY SOUTH OF THIS BUILDING IS NON-COMPLIANT FOR THE CROSS SLOPE 2% OR LESS.
2) THE WATER FROM THE ROOF DRAINAGE IS DEPOSITED DIRECTLY ONTO THE PATHWAY VIA ROOF DOWN DRAINS, THIS IS NOT ALLOWED BY CODE AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, OR CORRECTED.
3) THE ACCESS POINTS INTO THE BUILDING NEEDS TO PE PROVIDED WITH A 60 INCH CHANGE IF DIRECTION THAT IS 2% OR LESS IN ALL DIRECTIONS. THIS PATHWAY ALSO LEADS TO OTHER PATHWAYS EAST AND SOUTH OF THIS LOCATION THAT ARE ALSO NON COMPLIANT FOR CROSS SLOPE.

BUILDING #2
1) THE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY AT THE NORTHWEST AND SOUTHWEST CORNERS OF THIS BUILDING ARE NON-COMPLIANT FOR THE CROSS SLOPE 2% OR LESS.
2) THE WATER FROM THE ROOF DRAINAGE IS DEPOSITED DIRECTLY ONTO THE PATHWAY VIA ROOF DOWN DRAINS, THIS IS NOT ALLOWED BY CODE AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED, OR CORRECTED.
3) THE ACCESS POINTS INTO THE BUILDINGS NEED TO BE PROVIDED WITH A 60 INCH CHANGE OF DIRECTION THAT IS 2% OR LESS IN ALL DIRECTIONS.

BUILDING #3
1) PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY/SIDEWALK AROND THIS BUILDING WERE FOUND TO BE COMPLIANT FOR THE CROSS SLOPE. THE ABOVE NOTED AREA IS FLUSH WITH THE ADJACENT P.A.A.L, THERE IS NO 6 INCH VERTICAL SEPARATION.
2) THE ROOF DRAINAGE FOR THIS BUILDING IS ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE AND IS DEPOSITED DIRECTLY ON TO THE SIDEWALK/PATHWAY. THE PLANS DO NOT SHOW THIS DETAIL AND NO SCUPPERS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO ELIMINATE THIS SITUATION. THE ASPHALT PAVEMENT AROUND THIS BUILDING IS TAPERED UP TO THE FINISH SIDEWALK EDGE, NO 6 INCH VERTICAL SEPARATION IS PROVIDED BETWEEN THE PATHWAY AND THE P.A.A.L., THIS AREA SHOULD BE REQUIRED THAT BOLLARDS ARE PLACED ADJACENT TO ALL PATHWAYS.

THE PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY FROM BUILDING ONE TO BUILDINGS 2&3 GAS BEEN STRIPED ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE P.A.A.L, THE CROSS SLOPE THROUGH THIS AREA EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM 2%. RE-STRIPE THE PATHWAY AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLAN SO THAT NONE OF THE DRAINAGE IS WITHIN THE STRIPED AREA.
