Engineering has no issues with the temporary certificate of occupancy. This was a courtesy inspection for Epstein Construction. Complete the work shown on development package DP18 Dash 0124. Contractor is installing a new accessible walkway. Slope will be checked after the work is been completed. Contractor is removing dirt where required for proper drainage and water harvesting. |
