04/06/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued Load debri and begin demolition on 3728 E. Grant Rd. (building #2). During the day switching back to PDQ Records (building #1) until needing to stop to avoid causing front of building to berecome unstable. Building #2 stopped when at front of building to keep site secure. Contractor ended demo work at 2:30 and was just cleaning up.
04/03/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued Demo resume at 1st building.
04/02/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued Excavator bucket repaired. Restart demo of 1st building.
04/02/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued Excavator blew a hydrolic hose due to 1 o-ring. Shutdoen demolition and started cleanup.
04/01/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued Contractor picked up bucket to haul to welding shop. Will not perform any demo today.

03/31/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued Small section of back building has been demolished but excavator had a engine oil leak and was shut down. No futher work can proceed till engine repaired.
03/31/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued Contractor working on engine leak and foune that a 3/8" plastic oil line broke. Fabricating a new one with rubber hose and should be up and running by end of day. Found 2 very large cracks in the bucket at the teeth and can not proceed until these are reapired with should be welded tomorrow.
03/27/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued Contractor called and wanted to start demo on 3/30/20 but told them can not start till 3/31/20 dur to city holiday on 3/30/20.
03/27/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued Received paperwork on thios project and performed a site inspection and walk thru of all 3 buildings. Notified Frank that contractor can not start till 3/31/20.
03/27/2020 BUILDING - FINAL Continued - Meet project manager at site (Frank). Performed a walk thru of site and received verbal direction as to what is the scope of work for the demo contractor. Demo is to start on 3/31/20.
