Stayed to watch the contractor grade site and apperas complete but poor workmenship. |

Fill is needed to make area level and flush with rest of site. Area where curbs were removed along Grant Rd were left depressed and some gravel was dumped without spreeding/grading. This is a tripping hazzard and some dirt was left in the street. Talked with contractor (Jessie) at end of day, told her this is unacceptable and needs to be corrected. Also told her to go to site and see why I can not accept this work. She said this is not my job, that I am only there for safety during demo and she will call Dave Koss. |

Equipmentproblems with their bobcat and did not start up again after about 1.5 hours. Finally moved the sign into the city owned building just west of the location and locked up the building. After work resumed they spent the majority of time in salvaging the wood joists in the roof structure. All walls(masonry) were down by 4:45. | |
