01/23/2019 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued TDOT engineer approved the handrail at scupper fix. Told contractor that I will not approve the work until 2 items are corrected.
01/11/2019 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued Told contractor asphalt patch must be removed and replaced. Must have it inspected before placement. Confirmed by supervisor. Asphalt was placed without inspection during a cold and wet day.
Concrete spillway on west side of site inspected, modified by adding extra re-bar and removal of concrete debri. Approved for pouring.
