02/26/2019 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Approved myself and matt sierras went to the sight to check the work. Driveways are really steep. Matt said that he , Cornitt and the homeowner dicussed the specs and the aprons will stay in place, because he is disabled and needed the area to be clean from mud and durt. The homeowner installed 2 aprons and roughly 45 ft of sidewalk at his expense. Work was complete prior to me in right of way. Matt said to close the permit. Homowner will clean and backfill around new sidewalks
