IT APPEARS THAT AT LEAST TWO OVENS AND A WASH SYSTEM WERE INSTALLED OR REPLACED WITHOUT PERMITS. IN MY OPINION, THE GAS LINES ARE UNDERSIZED FOR THE EQUIPMENT BEING SERVED. PLEASE HAVE THE GAS PIPING SYSTEM EXAMINED BY THE APPROPRIATE REGISTRANT TO ENSURE THAT THE PIPING IS SUFFICIENT TO SERVE ALL EXISTING AND ANTICIPATED LOADS. FINAL INSPECTION WILL BE PERFORMED WHEN THAT REPORT IS PROVIDED. |
