1) change copy requires historic minor review (listed building in downtown per UDC 5.1.2.6.E.2.a.1)
2) prior sign permit was not completed by Signs Plus contractor, though historic review for sign install was approved and sign installed. Sign is in right of way without temporary revocable easement (TRE) aerial occupancy in right of way. Contact City Real Estate Division - Frank.Ulloa@tucsonaz.gov for assistance.
