CURRENTLY LOOKING AT THERE BEING NO REAL GRADE CHANGES IN THE AREAS WITHIN THE 5 FOOT DIMENSION ON ALL SIDES OF THIS SIGN. THE SIGN SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE MEASURED FROM THE EXISTING GRADE TO THE TOP OF THE SIGN NOT TO EXCEED THE 10 FOOT CODE DIMENSION. I WILL CONTACT HEATHER THRALL ON 10/8/2018 AND DISCUSS THIS SITE.

Acknowledged sign is allowed, proposed height at approx 9' in location on landscape island east of central drive off Irvington. Site inspector has been briefed. Setback shown on drawings at 20' from FOC of Irvingtong and sign area shown at 50 for monument - to Sign Standards and determination letter dated 12/24/15. Understood site electrical has been addressed to provide for power to sign location (see DP). Review will continue further after site inspection.
