04/23/2019 | SIGN SITE REVIEW | Denied | Brian Wiese saw Identity Signs on site with boom truck and two wall signs were installed on north and south elevations without permit being released. Photos taken of site conditions. Brian talked to crew and stated to them that the two wall signs had been installed without permit issuance nor engineered plans approved/special inspections. Brian further stated that a special inspector had to be on site when that install was done to verify the mountings were correct, and again reiterated no plans had been approved and that no permit had been issued to conduct the sign install. Crew asked him to speak with Shawn Britson of Identity Signs, who stated to Brian via phone that he sent the crew and acknowledged ordering work to be done without a permit with the recent wall signs installed. |
