UNDERSTOOD ENGINEER'S SET ARE PREPARED FOR STRUCTURAL EVALUATION. 3) Electric is approved. 4) Outdoor lighting code - a) 403.5.1 provide timer / note location, **(understood will be on adjacent pedestal, will add to plan - per contractor 6/8/18)** b) 501.3, specify translucent panels - no clear panels ever on this sign, **(comment is actually addressed on sheet CS-1, notes 1 & 2 for aluminum panel construction with routed copy and push thru letters. BINGHAM, P.E. **C) IN ADDITION, UNDERSTOOD FREEWAY SIGN MASONRY BASE TO BE MARKED BY JEFF HUNT, P.E. WITH I10 TRAVEL LANE ELEVATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND ASSEMBLY NO GREATER THAN 48' ABOVE THAT MARK. HE WILL ALSO PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTS SHOWING THAT THERE IS ENOUGH OF THE FOOTER NOT REQUIRING ANY ADITIONAL CONCRETE FOOTERS TO BE POURED. |

HE ADVISED ME THAT THE REBAR FROM THE OTHER WALL WAS BENT OVER AND PLACED INT THE NEW LOCATION FOR THE NEW WALL. 2) THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW WALL WAS NOT INSPECTED BY MYSELF OR OTHERS PRIOR TO THE PLACEMENT OF THE GROUT, CANNOT VERIFY IN WHAT CELLS THE REBAR HAS BEEN PLACED AND THE HEIGHT OF THE OVERLAP FOR THE REMAINING PORTIONS OF THE WALL. 3) I HAVE ASKED THAT THE ENGINEER OF RECORD STAMP AND SEAL A LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE FOR ALL OF THE WORK THAT WAS NOT WITNESSED BY THIS DEPARTMENT, PRIOR TO THE PLACEMENT OF THE FINAL LIFT OF THE GROUT FOR THIS SIGN. |
