The vehicle hit a masonary wall in the bedroom closet area. Made a hole approx. 3' x 3'. The wood framing for the door opening has been moved and did not have a door for the closet. The drywall is cracked where the wall moved and the carpet on the floor has been moved where the wall moved. The tenant will be able to remain in the unit. The assistant manager was on site and signed the paperwork. The maintenance man was getting material to have the opening secured. RV. |
