Went to unit 11 knocked on the door several times however no answer. Owner had sent a text message stating the hot water was established to unit however could not verify today. Unit 10 broken window in front was repaired will move to abate this violation. Unit number # 9 tenant States they did caulk the ceiling in kitchen and bathroom, however it rained this weekend and Rain poured into both kitchen and bathroom units. Check the rear drainage to the washing machine and noted new flex pipe coming out of drain draining Gray Water to plants. Unit #6, still with boarded window. Will continue to follow up and work with owner of property | |

Stated he would be able to address the violations. He had alread cleaned up the dumpster site area, will close that item and will follow up on the all other issues |
